Please pay attention to the wooden signs on the front of the bins. The middle box is now COOKING. Nothing should be added to this bin, only put compost in the ADD TO bin.
We would like compost donations in small pieces to be added so things don’t all break down at the same time. i.e. cut up banana peels, broken up avocado shells, broken bread, coffee grounds, lettuce, potato skins ….
