NO! All are welcome.
A 10×10 plot is $30 for the season. We will till a new plot for you at the beginning of the season and provide compost. have running water and tools you are welcome to use.
We have all levels of gardeners participating. First timers and experienced gardeners. Don’t be intimidated.
Sorry, no. We only use organic practices in the community garden.
Giving Garden
Questions
2018 season we dontated to the following food pantries:
Courthouse Community Methodist Church, First Presbyterian Church, Judeo-Christian Outreach Center, Russell house Senior apartments, Sullivan House Senior apartments.
Lower quality vegetables are donated to the the Bunny Hutch and Animal Control.
During the 2018 season we donated 2,526 pounds of fruits and vegetables!
