Mushroom compost has been delivered for the 2026 Gardening Season.
The compost is the dark pile in the cul de sac.
This is included in your plot rental fee. Enough compost was purchased so each renter can spread a 1 inch layer over their plot.
Just under a half of a wheelbarrow will cover your plot. Please use the right amount of compost so there is enough for everyone.
Once you put it on your plot, turn it over to mix in with the soil.
When you are done, clean dirt off of any tools used and return the tools and wheelbarrow to the toolbox and next to the shed.
Turn the wheelbarrow face down so it does not fill with water when it rains.
This is rich compost. You want to let it sit and enrich the soil for at least 2 weeks before planting.
